HAPPY WINTER SOLSTICE DAY!
Each year my husband balances an egg on solstice day. It's not an easy task and as far as we know, it can't be done any other time except during the spring solstice.
The sun is just about ready to set, so we quickly got a picture of it before the darkness set in.
